Isotherm 85
Characteristics
Isotherm 85 is a modern system of PVC windows, where the emphasis is on improving the thermal parameters. The manufacture technology has been based on the Aluplast IDEAL 8000 profiles.
Characteristics of the product:
– mounting depth: 85mm
– six-chamber profiles
– three-gasket system
– energy-saving package of 3 window panels with a thickness
of 48mm Ug = 0.5 W/m2K with warm edge spacer system.
All these elements affect the creation of a window which is characterized by very low heat permeability, which meets the standards of thermal protection for doors and windows installed in passive buildings. The value of heat penetration for a window of reference dimension is Uw = 0.8 W/m2K. The set of three gaskets, apart from improving the thermal properties of windows, contributes
to the amelioration of their acoustic resistance. Thanks to the separation, by the application of the third gasket, of the so-called dry chamber in which the fittings operate, their service life and durability significantly increase.
PVC windows consist mainly of profiles and glass panes, therefore the optimal situation for energy efficiency and the whole structure is to ensure the successful mating of both of these components, and also to maximize their individual properties. The bigger depth of the section, as well as the widening of the pane notches, providing the possibility of glazing the windows with the two-chamber packages of multiple glazed panels, is an example of a synergistic use of component properties in order to ensure our customers additional benefits.
The system is available in a non-faced version.
Ideal 4000 Classic
Characteristics
A five-or six-chamber system and installation depth of 70 mm, with outer sealing provides good thermal and acoustic insulation.
The robust construction of profiles and large chambers for steel reinforcement guarantee optimal static parameters and allow the production of large-size windows 15° bevel of the frame edge and sash ensures optimum water drainage. Moving the fitting undercut axis by 13 mm provides better anti-burglary protection. The window meets standards for thermal protection.
Its elegant and harmonious design, combined with the abundance of system solutions, provides unlimited opportunities to design unique windows and emphasize one’s own style. The classic, elegant lines of slender profiles with expressive contours make the window look really attractive. It works perfectly well in both modern architecture and multi-family housing, as well as in the case of renovation. A particularly important advantage is the reduced height of the frame and sash, which increases the area of glazing and lets in more light.
The system is available in a non-faced version.
Ideal 4000 Round Line
Characteristics
Ideal 4000 Round Line is a solution for people who value unique window designs. With their rounded contours, the windows look very attractive and perfectly fit in modern interiors.
The robust construction of profiles with depth of 70 mm, outer seal and a large chamber for the steel reinforcement guarantee optimal static parameters and allow the production of large-size windows. The five-chamber design provides high thermal and acoustic insulation. The windows are therefore a reasonable investment for the future as they meet heat protection standards.
This line can have universal applications. It works well in both modern architecture and multi-family housing, as well as in the case of renovation as it is often not possible to extend the window opening. Here, a particularly important advantage is the reduced height of the frame and sash, which increases the area of glazing and lets more light in.
The system is available in a non-faced version.
Ideal 4000 Block NL
Characteristics
The PCVC profile system is based on technical solutions Ideal 4000 and intended for the specific Dutch market. The mounting depth of the frame is 120 mm, and of the sash – 70 mm. The system has an outer seal. It provides good thermal and acoustic insulation. The system is available in non-faced and half-faced versions.
The profiles have the necessary permits and certificates of COMO.
